In the quiet outskirts of Waldron, Arkansas, a Sunday evening visit turned tragic for Eldder Santiago Bautista. On November 27, 2022, the 33-year-old Hispanic male was at a residence on Ross Creek Road when violence erupted. Around 8:45 p.m., a witness reported a shooting, and when Scott County sheriff's deputies and state police arrived, they found Bautista deceased on the front porch.
