In the spring of 2004, a domestic dispute in Apache Junction, Arizona, ended in the tragic death of 30-year-old Theresa Borquez. On April 7th, in the home she shared with her family, Theresa was shot and killed. The incident, which unfolded in the presence of her four young children, cut short the life of a woman remembered for her warm smile and dedication to her kids.
