In a heart-wrenching turn of events, 22-year-old Candice Reja Plumb, a vibrant young woman, lost her life after being shot in Mesa, Arizona. The incident, which has left a community in shock, occurred on July 18, 2007. Plumb, a resident of Gilbert, succumbed to her injuries at Scottsdale-Osborne Hospital.
