In the early morning hours of October 10, 2011, in Mesa, Arizona, the life of one-year-old Jeremy Noe Pineda was tragically cut short. The young boy was at his grandmother's apartment, located at 750 E. Dana #2, along with four other children under her care. At approximately 6:45 AM, a violent intrusion shattered the morning's peace.
