On December 24, 2024, at approximately 11:30 a.m., 26-year-old Angelo Markantonakis was found deceased from gunshot wounds at his residence on Windy Rush Drive in Kannapolis, North Carolina. The Kannapolis Police Department responded to the scene and initiated an investigation into the homicide. Authorities have identified three suspects believed to be involved in the incident.
