Carlos Andrez Mangual, a 27-year-old male, was shot and killed late on the night of December 13, 2024, on Grand Street in Worcester. Police were dispatched at about 10:10 p.m. and found him unresponsive in the roadway; paramedics transported him to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
