On November 30, 2024, at approximately 2 p.m., William Womack, a 30-year-old resident of Baltimore, was fatally shot aboard a Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) bus near the intersection of South Eutaw Street and West Baltimore Street. The incident began when Womack inadvertently bumped into another passenger while exiting the bus.
