In the early afternoon of a December day, tragedy struck in the Western District of Baltimore. On December 16, 2024, at approximately 12:49 p.m., the sounds of gunfire shattered the daily rhythm of the 1200 block of West North Avenue. When police arrived at the scene, they found a man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
