On December 16, 2024, at approximately 12:49 p.m., Baltimore Police Department officers responded to reports of a shooting in the 1200 block of West North Avenue in the Western District. Upon arrival, they discovered 25-year-old Ibrahim Kamara suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Kamara was immediately transported to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead by medical staff.
