On December 22, 2024, Isaac Montoya, a 19-year-old resident of Woodland, California, was fatally shot near Baird Court and Powers Circle. The incident occurred around 4 p.m., and Isaac was transported to UC Davis Hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries. According to Woodland police, Isaac had met with a man in his 20s, described as approximately 6 feet tall and dressed in dark clothing. After the meeting, the suspect shot Isaac and fled the scene, last seen near the Bel-Air Market.
