On March 5, 2023, at approximately 2:55 a.m., 19-year-old Yocelin Vianey Rodriguez was found deceased in her vehicle at the intersection of Veterans Road and Hall Acres Road in San Juan, Texas. Responding officers discovered that she had suffered a fatal gunshot wound.
