Brian Edwin Caballero, an 18-year-old from Dallas, Texas, tragically lost his life on April 22, 2023. He was found shot and killed near Martin Weiss Park in Oak Cliff.
Officers responded to reports of a shooting in the 1200 block of Shasta Avenue, where they discovered Brian's body. Two other 18-year-olds were also shot at the scene and hospitalized.
