On June 6, 2023, a tragic incident unfolded in El Paso, Texas, resulting in the death of 32-year-old Marcos "Pumba" Fino Jr. The events began when 53-year-old Raul Alberto Orozco observed a Chrysler 300, which he believed had previously damaged his mailbox, passing by his residence multiple times. Suspecting the vehicle's involvement in the earlier incident, Orozco decided to follow it onto Doniphan Drive to obtain its license plate number.
