On the evening of July 11, 2023, at approximately 8:30 p.m., the Harrison County Sheriff's Office responded to a reported shooting in the 3200 block of Walker's Mill Road in Hallsville, Texas. Upon arrival, deputies discovered 44-year-old Kevin Rogers, who had sustained a fatal gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene.
