On August 19, 2023, at approximately 3:35 p.m., Dallas police responded to a shooting in the 400 block of Palm Oak Drive. Upon arrival, officers found two women suffering from gunshot wounds. Both victims were transported to a local hospital, where 39-year-old Tramaine Gulley succumbed to her injuries. The second victim was reported to be in stable condition.

Following the incident, investigators identified 31-year-old Angel Harris as the suspect. She was arrested and charged with murd ...Read More
