Rhoda Frances Freeman Wheeler, a 46-year-old woman of Caucasian ethnicity, tragically lost her life on March 20, 2000, in Dallas, Texas. She was employed as a cashier at the Mi-T-Fine Car Wash in Irving, Texas. Rhoda Wheeler's death was part of a horrific incident that also claimed the lives of four other individuals: Augustin Villasenor, 36, Benjamin Villasenor, 32, Dennis Lee, 48, and Roberto Jimenez Jr., 15.
