On August 21, 2023, 41-year-old Stefan Volkmann was fatally shot during an altercation at a gas station in San Antonio, Texas. The incident occurred around 1 p.m. at a Valero gas station located in the 4600 block of FM 78, near Binz-Engleman Road.
