On September 24, 2023, in Dallas, Texas, two-year-old Zyah "Tink-Tink" Lacy was tragically killed in a drive-by shooting on Hay Street near Fair Park. The incident occurred around 9:30 p.m. during a balloon release memorial for another family member who had been fatally shot earlier that year.
