Death by Force

On January 8, 2024, at approximately 7:48 p.m., 21-year-old Francisco Muntufa Miranda was fatally shot at the Avalon Palms apartment complex, located at 9300 Northgate Boulevard in Austin, Texas. Austin Police Department (APD) officers arrived to find Miranda with a gunshot wound; he was transported to a local hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
