On the evening of March 2, 2024, at approximately 10:15 p.m., Fort Worth police responded to reports of a shooting in the 2900 block of Crockett Street, situated within the city's popular West 7th entertainment district. Upon arrival, officers discovered 29-year-old Bryson Rodgers suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite prompt medical attention and transportation to a nearby hospital, Rodgers succumbed to his injuries.
