Death by Force

On January 1, 2023, 30-year-old Steven Montano was fatally shot at The Parks at Fig Garden Apartments, located on North Fruit Avenue in Fresno, California. The incident occurred shortly after 5:00 p.m., when Montano was confronted in the apartment complex's parking lot by a Hispanic male.
