On May 7, 2023, a tragic shooting occurred at a house party in Adelanto, California, resulting in the death of 20-year-old Derrick Irutingabo from Marana, Arizona. The incident took place shortly before 1 a.m. at a residence in the 10900 block of Bartlett Avenue, where deputies from the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department responded to reports of multiple gunshot victims.
