On July 24, 2023, 36-year-old Jorge Ramos and 26-year-old TaylorRaven Whittaker were found fatally shot inside a bullet-riddled blue Subaru sedan in the parking lot of Pelican Cove Park in Rancho Palos Verdes, California. The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department responded to the scene around 6:50 a.m., where both victims were pronounced dead.
