Inside, they discovered the bodies of three individuals: 58-year-old Kip Kari King, his 62-year-old wife, Kimberly Anne King, and 81-year-old Max Gerald Hunt. The Kings resided in the home with Hunt, who had been the boyfriend of Kip King's deceased mother.
Investigators determined that Hunt fatally shot the married couple before taking his own life, classifying the incident as a murder-suicide. The three individuals were believed to have been deceased for several weeks before their discovery.
