On September 19, 2023, at approximately 9:51 a.m., deputies from the Victor Valley Sheriff's Station responded to a call reporting suspicious circumstances at a residence in the 32600 block of State Highway 18 in Lucerne Valley, California. Upon arrival, they discovered 61-year-old Pierre Antoine deceased inside the home.
The San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department's Specialized Investigations Division – Homicide Detail took over the investigation.
Through their inquiries, detectives determined that Pierre Antoine's wife, 48-year-old Jennifer Antoine, had shot and killed him inside their residence. She was subsequently arrested on suspicion of murder and booked into the High Desert Detention Center, where she was held without bail.
Public records indicate that Jennifer Raylynn Antoine, aged 49, was arrested for murder by the San Bernardino County Sheriff on September 19, 2023. No prior arrest records for her are available.
