On November 21, 2023, at approximately 6:19 a.m., deputies from the Apple Valley Police Department responded to reports of suspicious activity at a residence in the 14400 block of Navajo Road. Witnesses reported seeing a man firing a gun into a vehicle parked in front of the residence. Upon arrival, deputies detained 35-year-old Michael Deandre Harris as he exited the residence.
