On January 24, 2024, at approximately 3:25 p.m., 36-year-old Jorge Rodriguez was fatally shot near the 21000 block of Foothill Boulevard in Hayward, California. Upon arrival, officers found Rodriguez unresponsive, suffering from at least one gunshot wound; he was pronounced dead at the scene by medical personnel.
