On February 12, 2024, San Mateo Police conducted a welfare check at a residence on the 4100 block of Alameda de las Pulgas in San Mateo, California. Inside, they discovered the bodies of 42-year-old Anand Sujith Henry, his wife, 40-year-old Alice Priyanka Benziger, and their four-year-old twin sons, Noah and Neithan. The preliminary investigation indicated a murder-suicide, with evidence suggesting that Henry fatally shot his wife and children before taking his own life.
