On July 13, 2024, 27-year-old Oakland rapper Alliauna Green, known professionally as Tan DaGod, was fatally shot during a promotional event at Glamor Beauty Supply on Telegraph Avenue in Oakland, California. The incident occurred around 5 p.m., shortly after Green had concluded a meet-and-greet session with fans.
