On July 15, 2024, at approximately 7:45 a.m., Tulare County Sheriff's deputies responded to reports of a man down in the 15900 block of Avenue 327 in Ivanhoe, California. Upon arrival, they discovered 40-year-old Pablo Rodriguez, a local resident, deceased from apparent gunshot wounds.
