On September 10, 2024, at approximately 11:00 PM, 29-year-old Jaime Manuel Martinez was fatally shot in Richgrove, California, a small community in Tulare County. The incident occurred near the intersection of Wheatland and Dooley avenues. Upon arrival, deputies discovered Martinez lying in the street with a gunshot wound; he was pronounced dead at the scene.
