On September 22, 2024, at approximately 4:00 a.m., Fresno police responded to a ShotSpotter alert in the 4400 block of East Floradora Avenue. Upon arrival, officers discovered 40-year-old Ricardo Martinez Olguin lying beside his bicycle, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to his upper body.
