On the evening of January 29, 2024, the life of 45-year-old Eric Eugene Patterson, a White male, was tragically cut short in what authorities have described as a domestic-related shooting at his home in the Medford community, just outside of Rocky Top, Tennessee. The Anderson County Sheriff's Office received a 911 call around 5:30 p.m. reporting the incident on Cedar Lane. Upon their arrival, deputies discovered Mr. Patterson deceased at the scene.
