Deborah J. Johnson, aged 61, passed away on May 30, 2024, in Sweetwater, Tennessee. She was the office manager at Cedar Recovery in Athens and a member of the Union McMinn Baptist Church in Niota. She is survived by her daughter, Amber Isbill, and two granddaughters, Paisley and Chesney Isbill.

Reports indicate that Deborah was a victim of gun violence. Her husband was charged with her homicide and allegedly fled the scene following the incident.
