On the evening of March 15, 2023, in Long Pond, Pennsylvania, 59-year-old Diane Strohl was fatally shot during a domestic altercation. The incident occurred at the residence of her daughter's fiancé, 43-year-old Damien Hoehler, with whom Strohl had been living to assist with family matters.
