On April 23, 2023, a tragic incident unfolded in Jefferson Hills, Pennsylvania, resulting in the death of 48-year-old Jason Steiner and critical injuries to two others. The altercation occurred around 4:13 p.m. on Siler Drive, where an argument between two families escalated into gunfire. According to Allegheny County Police, the confrontation took place in the front yard of a residence and involved individuals who were acquainted but not neighbors.
