On October 10, 2022, Jaisen Irwin, a 29-year-old male from Finleyville, PA, tragically lost his life in a shooting incident at Bob's Tavern. The incident began with an altercation at Jim's Bar in Monongahela, which led to the bar closing early. The group involved in the altercation then moved to Bob's Tavern, about 15 minutes away.
