On April 1, 2024, 16-year-old Jeramyah Jerome Pollard of North Braddock, Pennsylvania, tragically lost his life in a shooting incident. The event occurred around 7:50 p.m. near the intersection of Margaretta and Pitcairn streets in Braddock. According to Allegheny County Police, a large fight involving numerous juveniles escalated, leading to the fatal shooting of Jeramyah and the injury of another teenager, who was transported to a local hospital in stable condition.
