On July 13, 2024, in New Castle, Pennsylvania, 66-year-old Rebecca Elaine Frank was fatally shot alongside her life partner, 72-year-old Albert Rotz. The incident occurred at their residence on Arlington Avenue, where emergency responders found Frank wounded on the back porch; she was transported to a hospital but succumbed to her injuries. Inside the home, Rotz was discovered deceased in the living room.
