Juan Cristian Santiago-Flores, a 24-year-old resident of Charlotte, North Carolina, tragically lost his life on May 15, 2023. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 1 a.m., when Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department (CMPD) officers responded to a shooting on Milton Road in east Charlotte.
