On the night of July 18, 2023, Victor Banks, aged 37, was fatally shot in Greensboro, North Carolina. The incident occurred around 11:45 p.m. in the 4000 block of McIntosh Street, where officers discovered three individuals with serious gunshot wounds. Among the victims were Kristopher Wilson, 38, and Victor Banks, both of whom succumbed to their injuries. The third victim, an adult male, was reported to be in critical condition.
