Kenneth William Aho, a 37-year-old man, arrived at the Honolulu Police Department’s Chinatown Sub Station on December 24, 1994, carrying the kind of injury that makes people stop and stare: trauma to his head that was serious enough to demand immediate help. He was described as Asian/Pacific Islander.
