Darren Douglas Williams, a 39-year-old man from Columbia, South Carolina, was found dead on July 14, 2009, in a dirt parking lot near the Georgia Dome in Atlanta. He had been struck and killed by a vehicle, described as a light-colored SUV, possibly a Ford Expedition or Lincoln Navigator.
