Darren Douglas Williams, 39, a Black male from Columbia, South Carolina, came to his end in a dirt parking lot near Magnum Street beside the Georgia Dome on the morning of July 14, 2009, in a part of downtown Atlanta tucked under the Centennial Olympic Park Drive and Martin Luther King Jr. Drive overpass.
