The family of a Phoenix murder victim has helped create a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the person who killed him, police said.

Anthony "Floyd" Wimbush, 33, was shot and killed outside of the Break Room Bar and Grill about 1:30 a.m. Oct. 29.

The gunman fired from a moving vehicle traveling west on McDowell Road near 48th Street, according to Phoenix police.
