Horacio de Jesus Pena, a 32-year-old man, was fatally shot on June 3, 2016, outside his home in the Maryvale neighborhood of Phoenix, Arizona. Pena had just returned home from his job at an assisted living facility and was walking to his car when he was attacked. He was shot multiple times and pronounced dead at the scene.
