In the early hours of a summer morning in Rochester, New York, the life of 22-year-old Anthony McIntyre III was tragically cut short. On August 5, 2023, McIntyre, a male resident of the city, was fatally wounded by gunfire in a chaotic series of events that unfolded on North Clinton Avenue.
