On August 25, 2024, a tragic incident unfolded in Syosset, New York, resulting in the deaths of five family members. The deceased were identified as Joseph DeLucia Jr., 59; his sister Joanne Kearns, 69; his brother Frank DeLucia, 64; his other sister Tina Hammond, 64; and his niece Victoria Hammond, 30. The bodies of the four victims were found inside the residence, while DeLucia Jr. was discovered outside with an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound.
