In the late summer of 2023, tragedy struck the small community of Versailles, Missouri, with the discovery of two individuals who had lost their lives to violence. On the afternoon of September 1st, the Morgan County Sheriff's Office was dispatched to a residence in the 14000 block of Coffee Drive, just south of the city.
