An evening in November turned tragic in the parking lot of a Platte City, Missouri, Wendy's, ending the life of 18-year-old Kareem Z. Hassan. On November 15, 2023, Hassan, a male, and his brother were involved in a shooting that left Hassan dead and his brother critically injured. The two were found with gunshot wounds, Hassan having been shot in the head and his brother in the neck.
