William Jr Bass

In the early morning hours of March 13, 2013, the body of 33-year-old William Jr. Bass was discovered on West Bay Street in Savannah, Georgia. Patrol officers from the Savannah-Chatham Metropolitan Police Department responded to a call of a shooting in the 1300 block of the street at approximately 1:03 a.m. and found Bass deceased at the scene. He had been fatally shot. When he was found, Bass was clutching two one-dollar bills in his hand.
