In the summer of 2014, Hubert Lee Lytle, a 67-year-old Black man, was going about his daily routine in his Atlanta, Georgia, home. On the morning of June 4th, while he was shaving, an intruder entered his residence on Oakcrest Drive and tragically ended his life. Lytle, a retiree, was found shot multiple times, with one fatal wound to the head.
